This is a great place! I took my daughter to dinner, and we found the food is next level, the service was fun, the atmosphere is comfortable & quaint. The new owner is very personable and dedicated to making your experience enjoyable! As a crab cake connoisseur, I am happy to say, they definitely know what they're doing.Yum! And "Cage" when she's behind the bar, can serve up a great cocktail. Looking forward to warm summer evenings so we can come out and enjoy the patio.

The Chef prepares the food with farm fresh vegetables, you may even see him at the local farmers market picking up the freshest ingredients for his next creation! Great relaxing atmosphere and scenery, live music Friday and Saturday evenings! Reservations are preferred!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The food was incredible. Everything we tried was exquisite. Hats off to Chef Gio! Amazing.

We usually spend our anniversary at a place we both love, but this year my husband wanted to try The Highlander. IT WAS AMAZING! Great service, great food, perfect portions, great atmosphere... we highly recommend! I had the fillet minion and hubs had the Ahi tuna with Udon (I think). We shared plates and everything was delicious. Oh and we started with the Cecivhe and shared a bottle of Rose. Everything was well priced. MAKE A RESERVATION like we did because it's an intimate room and seems like trying to get a walk-in table is hard because this place is so good!

Who’d a thunk? The food here was amazing. I had the Chicken Alfredo, Best I’ve ever had. A massive amount of pasta. They do not hold back on their portions, so come hungry. The staff was friendly and fun. There are local beers on tap. The atmosphere is clean. The place is set on a par 3 golf course which looks to be fun.

Really liked the food - three great prix fixe options. Good wine list and full bar. Really friendly staff - and boy were they hustling last night. The vibe was wonderful - a sunny evening, breeze and chill live music coming through the open windows, and people there to chill in groups vig and small. It was our first time there; won't be our last.

We LOVE this place. It is exactly what the Helena Valley has been missing out on for years. This is the place where you get to enjoy incredibly delicious food from international chefs, backed by super friendly owners, that employee a great staff, on a beautiful property in the woods, with a creek and farm animals, and hosting some of the best musicians in town to accompany your wonderful dining experience. The chef and his team keep things fresh with a rotating menu, which keeps us coming back for more. Look no further for the best of the best! We will be there again soon

What a find. It's actually 20 miles outside of Helena and in Canyon Ferry on the golf course. The pics looked ok, and it was the only thing that came up on open table. When we pulled up and it was a very small rustic building I had begun to prepare myself for disappointment. But, this is really a randomly found gem of a place. Live music was great. The food was phenomenal. It was not a "bar and grill" menu. Filet mignon and prime rib, sea bass, two chicken options, real fresh grilled veggies, etc etc... I really wanted to try the filet, but given recent events I'm going to have to limit red meat intake. Grilled chicken with green Chile sauce was amazing.
